Specialty and Made-to-Order Products
Certain products are classified as specialty and/or made-to-order items. Such items require an extended handling and processing period of ten (10) to twenty-one (21) business days prior to shipment. Due to the custom nature of these products, all specialty and made-to-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once an order has been placed. By placing an order for a specialty and/or made-to-order product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that processing may take 10–21 business days and that the order is final and non-cancellable.
