Eagle Abrasives Assilex Hard Pads - M

Eagle Abrasives Assilex Hard Pads – M

The Eagle Abrasives Assilex Hard Pads – M are firm foam hand sanding interface pads designed for use with Super Assilex sheet abrasives. Built for increased rigidity, they provide a flatter sanding profile and improved control, making them ideal for leveling and working with coarser grits.

Features & Benefits

• Size: approx. 75 x 120 mm (half-sheet format)
• Super-Tack (hook & loop) attachment
• Hard foam density for flatter, more controlled sanding
• Provides a “block sanding” effect for leveling surfaces
• Helps maintain surface consistency and straightness
• Adds light cushioning to reduce deep scratches
• Recommended for coarser grits (e.g., Ocean, Brown)
• Compatible with Super Assilex, Buflex, and Tolex sheets
• Ideal for hand sanding and precision surface correction

The M hard pad offers a balance between rigidity and usability, giving better control during leveling work while still maintaining the shallow scratch characteristics of the Assilex system.
